As CEO, Travis leads the Bayou Midstream team with overall responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s business strategy, engineering and operations’ solutions. Travis has a proven track record as a successful leader in both the midstream and upstream sectors having executed and operated complex midstream projects in multiple U.S. basins.

Prior to founding Bayou Midstream, Travis spent several years as the Facilities and Construction Manager at Terra Energy Partners. While at Terra, Travis managed all surface midstream projects and operations of a 900+ mile-pipeline system that flowed over 650 mmscf/d. This unique experience enables Travis to view midstream needs through the lenses of a producer. Prior to joining Terra, Travis led engineering, land, project management and operations for the Kingfisher Midstream system in the STACK play in Oklahoma, a crude oil and gas gathering system with a 60 mmcf/d cryogenic processing plant and 50k-bbl crude terminal. Additionally, Travis worked at Oxy in various project management and engineering roles in midstream and upstream sectors.

Travis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an Executive Education Certificate in Financial Skills for the Energy Industry from Southern Methodist University.

As CFO, Ross is responsible for financial and accounting functions for Bayou Midstream, including capital raising, financial reporting and merger and acquisition analyses.

Ross brings comprehensive experience in corporate management and strategy, financial management, team leadership and business development to manage funding, analyze projects and to oversee financial operations. Prior to Bayou Midstream, Ross was at Barclays Natural Resources investment banking group and completed over $20 billion in merger and acquisition and financing transactions in the midstream and upstream space.

Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with honors from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

George Courcier - CCO

As CCO, George is responsible for sourcing deals, negotiating commercial terms, economic analysis, and strategic review of business development opportunities for Bayou Midstream.

George is an accomplished energy executive that brings over 40 years of progressive industry experience in midstream, marketing, business development, commercial development, and engineering to Bayou Midstream. Prior to joining Bayou Midstream, George most recently served as the CEO of Element Midstream. Before the formation of Element Midstream, George was the VP of Midstream & Marketing at PDC Energy where he was instrumental in the planning, development, and ultimate sale of PDC’s Delaware Basin oil, gas and water infrastructure. He previously served in multiple leadership roles throughout his career including SVP of Business Development at Legion Energy, SVP of Operations at Regency Gas Services, GM of Midstream at Samson Resources, GM of Operations & Engineering at DCP and Sr. Manager of Midstream Business Development at Amoco.

George holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

As VP of Business Development, Cliff works closely with commercial operations, growth and development opportunities for Bayou Midstream.

Cliff spent most of his career at Energy Transfer Partners in a variety of roles in both crude oil and natural gas.  Most recently, Cliff worked together with the Dakota Access Pipeline team at ETP to connect producers in the Bakken to a much-needed market center on the Gulf Coast.  After his time at ETP, Cliff began working with Denver-based midstream group ARB Midstream shortly before joining Bayou Midstream.

As VP of Business Development, Cliff works closely with commercial operations, growth and development opportunities for Bayou Midstream.
