As CEO, Travis leads the Bayou Midstream team with overall responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s business strategy, engineering and operations’ solutions. Travis has a proven track record as a successful leader in both the midstream and upstream sectors having executed and operated complex midstream projects in multiple U.S. basins.

Prior to founding Bayou Midstream, Travis spent several years as the Facilities and Construction Manager at Terra Energy Partners. While at Terra, Travis managed all surface midstream projects and operations of a 900+ mile-pipeline system that flowed over 650 mmscf/d. This unique experience enables Travis to view midstream needs through the lenses of a producer. Prior to joining Terra, Travis led engineering, land, project management and operations for the Kingfisher Midstream system in the STACK play in Oklahoma, a crude oil and gas gathering system with a 60 mmcf/d cryogenic processing plant and 50k-bbl crude terminal. Additionally, Travis worked at Oxy in various project management and engineering roles in midstream and upstream sectors.

Travis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an Executive Education Certificate in Financial Skills for the Energy Industry from Southern Methodist University.

As CFO, Ross is responsible for financial and accounting functions for Bayou Midstream, including capital raising, financial reporting and merger and acquisition analyses.

Ross brings comprehensive experience in corporate management and strategy, financial management, team leadership and business development to manage funding, analyze projects and to oversee financial operations. Prior to Bayou Midstream, Ross was at Barclays Natural Resources investment banking group and completed over $20 billion in merger and acquisition and financing transactions in the midstream and upstream space.

Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with honors from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

As CCO, Bobby leads Bayou Midstream’s business development and commercial activities.

Bobby Vasighi has over 15+ years of Midstream and Upstream business development, marketing, and finance experience. Bobby’s diverse experience provides him the unique ability to analyze opportunities from the lens of the midstream company and the upstream counterparty. Prior to joining the Bayou team, Bobby was an integral part of the commercial leadership team in the Permian Basin with EnLink Midstream and Pinnacle Midstream II.  Additionally, Bobby also has extensive commercial experience with OneOk, BHP Billiton, and ConocoPhillips.

Bobby earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (Energy Management) from the University of Houston with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies.

As COO, Ben leads Bayou’s engineering and operations team.

Ben has successfully developed, designed, executed, commissioned, and operated over 100 projects and managed roughly $3 billion in greenfield midstream infrastructure across the United States. This spans the entire midstream energy value chain. Most recently, Ben was COO at Northwind Midstream Partners, where he led the execution and operations of their transformative Delaware sour gas infrastructure. Prior to Northwind Midstream, Ben was VP of Engineering and Operations at EVX Midstream, where he led the engineering, operations, project management, land, EHS&R, and supply chain teams. Ben has also served in various engineering management roles for Continuum Energy and DCP Midstream, where he focused on innovative and creative midstream solutions.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Ben leads Bayou’s engineering and operations team.

Ben’s has extensive knowledge of midstream project/asset development, engineering design, project execution, and operational management. Most recently Ben was the COO at Northwind Midstream. Prior to Northwind Midstream, Ben had leadership roles in engineering and operations while at EVX Midstream, Continuum, and DCP Midstream. Ben’s proven track record covers a range of midstream infrastructure from sour gas treating, gas gathering and processing, crude infrastructure, and water handling and disposal.

Ben earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
